The JP3 Verax XSPCT Analyzer is a rugged, explosion-proof process analyzer designed for real-time, in-line measurement of hydrocarbon composition and physical properties. Built for Class I Division 1 environments, it delivers fast, accurate data for both gas and liquid streams. Using advanced Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, it eliminates the need for consumables, carrier gases, and sample conditioning, ensuring reliable performance in the most demanding oil and gas applications.

Easy Installation and Reliable Performance

The Verax XSPCT installs directly in-line at process temperature and pressure, eliminating long fiber runs and complex sampling systems. This design improves response time while reducing maintenance and downtime. The analyzer meets GPA and ASTM standards for repeatability and reproducibility, making it suitable for critical measurement points in remote or unmanned locations.

For applications requiring multi-stream measurement across multiple process points, the Verax 2C & 4C Analyzer provides expanded capability within the same NIR platform.

Accurate, Self-Calibrating Technology

The analyzer uses a solid-state NIR spectrometer with a self-calibrating laser and internal reference cell to maintain drift-free performance. Each scan is automatically validated, ensuring long-term measurement stability. Flexible power options, including solar, 24 V DC, and 120 V AC, support deployment in remote field locations.

For single-stream gas or liquid applications where a simpler configuration is preferred, the Verax SSG/SSL Analyzer provides a compact alternative with similar measurement capability.

Integration and Field-Proven Reliability

The Verax XSPCT integrates easily into existing plant control systems and supports remote monitoring through built-in network and cellular connectivity. This improves visibility, reduces field service requirements, and enhances overall system uptime.
