Save Money on your Condensate

JP3 Verax 2C and 4C Analyzers for real-time multi-stream hydrocarbon analysis

Pay off your SSL in less than a year!

We've created a map of gas plants throughout Alberta that have the potential to pay off a JP3 SSL analyzer in less than a year. These locations are marked with pins on the map, making it easy for you to see which plants offer the most promising investment opportunities. If you click on the pins, you will be able to see some statistics that may be of interest to you.

By investing in a JP3 SSL analyzer, you can increase your operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve your bottom line by optimizing your condensate stabilization. With accurate and reliable data at your fingertips, you can make informed decisions that will help you stay ahead of the competition.

JP3 Verax SSG/SSL Analyzer for real-time hydrocarbon composition and property measurement

Verax SSL/SSG

The Verax SSL single stream liquid analyzer is built upon the same field-proven technology as the Verax CTX. The SSL produces rapid, reliable measurements of key compositional and physical properties for a wide range of applications across the oil & gas industry. The SSL provides fast stream composition of C1-C9+, BTU, API gravity, Vapor Pressure, etc. with excellent repeatability & reproducibility. JP3’s advanced technology means Verax analyzers produce zero emissions and require no carrier/calibration gases.

Flow Cell

Unmatched Optical Performance

The VeraSIGHT and the Verax™ Analyzer family are designed to provide the best system performance possible. With a very high signal to noise ratio and optimized optical path, this system delivers highly repeatable measurements regardless of process or condition changes. The flow cell and probes perform equally well in gas or liquid applications. A single Verax Analyzer can support up to eight flow cells which can be any combination of gas and liquids.

Onboard Temperature and Pressure Measurement

In addition to the optical probes, the flow cell contains pressure and temperature sensors and an integrated sample port. The process temperature and pressure measurements are readily available through the Verax Analyzer and can be passed through to plant control or information systems.

Rugged Maintenance-Free Design

The VeraSIGHT flow cell and probes are designed utilizing 316L SST and
extremely rugged sapphire probes. The cell is designed to be virtually
maintenance-free with no recommended scheduled maintenance. In the
rare event that maintenance is needed, the cell is designed to be easily
disassembled and reassembled with no process downtime required.
