High-Performance Gas Distribution for Accurate Measurement

Built for precision, the Sample Distribution Panel features a modular design with multiple high-pressure sample tap points for controlled gas routing. Dual-stage pressure regulation ensures stable sample conditions, while the low internal volume minimizes lag time and improves real-time measurement response.

For upstream sample extraction and optimal analyzer placement, the NeSSI Probe can be used to deliver a representative sample directly from the process.

Integrated Filtration and System Protection

An integrated membrane filtration system removes particulates and liquids before distribution, protecting downstream analyzers and ensuring reliable measurements. This improves analyzer uptime and reduces maintenance requirements.

For applications where liquid contamination is a concern, the Liquids Carryover Sensor can be installed upstream to detect and remove unwanted liquids before they reach the panel.
